Enjoy the privacy of your own apartment with plenty off street parking only 1 mile from the heart of downtown Salem and less than a mile from the commuter rail. There’s also a neighborhood market with beer/wine and some groceries 1 minute walk from the apartment. Plenty of street parking. This first floor unit in my newly renovated two-family home is 3/4 of a mile from downtown Salem with all its attractions. Guests have two off-street parking spaces in a tandem configuration. Inside there is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and queen bed, a second bedroom with another queen size bed and a second full bathroom. The kitchen is completely new with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a laundry room that guests are free to use.

We renovated our first floor which has a private bedroom & ensuite bathroom, spacious living room and private entrance and parking. The overall feeling is spare and peaceful with lots of natural light. We live in a fantastic neighborhood in Salem, two blocks from the Salem Common. We walk everywhere-- to the ocean, Peabody Essex Museum, Cinema Salem and many cafés, bars and restaurants. Happy to share our favorites. 5 minute walk to the Boston ferry and 10 min to the train.
