A wonderful weekend getaway! My husband and I stayed at Sophia’s place this past weekend after our wedding and it was exactly what we were hoping for. During our wedding we opted to exchange vows privately, but we didn’t end up reading them to each other until the following day after we had arrived. Who else can say that they exchanged vows while sitting by a cozy fire making s’mores?! Sophia’s home will hold a special place in our hearts. We loved this cute little cottage. It included everything you could need. Lance was so kind and quick to respond to anything we needed. We would definitely return!

This place was absolutely amazing – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly want for a perfect vacation. The fireplace, jacuzzi, spacious kitchen, bunk bed for kids, and outdoor games were all fantastic! The highlight is definitely the location, nestled near the beautiful White Mountains region. I’d love to come back, and next time, I’ll bring my family. This trip with friends was unforgettable!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin! Carly gave a great list of recommendations and was very responsive. There was so much to do in the area to keep us busy we didn’t turn the tv on for the entire week. The area was peaceful and private, the view beautiful, and the hot tub was a plus. We also enjoyed all the games available for us to play! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pond was beautiful, the people friendly. We relaxed on the patio taking in the views, listening to the frogs & loons. Hope to come back again!

This is a delightful little cottage on the Saco river. It is well kept, clean, and fairly secluded. It has has updated appliances, including a wood-fired pizza oven (with wood provided) and a wood-fired sauna, which were both perks. The river is just on the other side of the dirt road with a makeshift set of rocks for climbing down the bank. We stayed in mid June and the kids played in the river. Our seven year old was able to climb all around the rocks, but our four year old was stuck playing on the bank because the water was moving too fast. At night we were able to open the windows with screens and listen to the sound of the rushing water. It was really nice. This place is definitely a five-star, especially if you are traveling with a pet. The only two things that were bummers for us were the prodigious number of mosquitos and gnats (not much that can be done about that) and the lack of window treatments. Several people drove past slowly and looked in, which was annoying.

This cabin is the perfect”Maine” experience. Quiet and peaceful. Lots of places to go with Conway, Sebago Lake, Evans Notch, just to name a few that are a short drive away. What could be better than having the White Mountains at your back door? Thx Christina and David.

We have stayed at Jackies place twice now and enjoyed it just as much this time as the last. Even though it rained for two days the house is plenty big enough to spread out. We had to change our reservation days twice because of circumstances and Jackie was very accomidating..

Great little cabin tucked away for a peaceful and relaxing retreat! Our boys loved the loft area, and we loved roasting marshmallows over the fire pit in the back.

Great, cozy cabin. It had all of the amenities, including a nice fire pit. Short walk to the trailhead for Cathedral Ledge and walkable to Echo Lake. The cabin is a short drive to Diana’s Bath and a short drive into North Conway as well. We’d definitely stay there again!

Elia's cabin is magical. What a beautiful and peaceful place. We had everything we needed, but be sure to bring bug spray.

We loved staying here. The kids enjoyed the water. The property is awesome! We'll definitely book again in the future.

Does the cabin look perfect in the photo? It's better. Does the yard look like the perfect place to forget the rest of the world exists? It is. Are the White Mountains a place that make you feel like the psychological mountains in your life are just a little smaller? They are. We don't have enough good things to say about the Cabin or communicating with Cassouki. It's rare to step into a space that feels like it was designed with intention on every level - from the scents in the air to the textures of the cabin to the quiet confidence in every object's placement. The Conscious Cabin doesn't just reflect a designers eye, it reflects a storyteller's heart. I've stayed in more than a few retreats, but this is the first one that felt like it had something to say--and somehow said it quietly enough to let us hear ourselves again. Stay here.

The place was clean, Doug was very reponsive and helpful. We had a great time! Would be back again.

The place is awesome!! Spencer is very responsive and helpful. Very clear instructions. Kitchen is complete. Place is dog friendly! Enough parking spaces. The place is very clean. Big bonus is the great view!

Heidi and Bob were amazing! This spot was peaceful and relaxing, and so well stocked we didn’t need a single thing! Heidi communicated so well and was very proactive with the changing weather and had everything ready for us early! I would recommend to anyone looking for a small quiet place to escape the city, it was so homey and the lake was gorgeous, and so fun to float off the dock and get some sun!

The cabin is exactly as pictured. Cozy and inviting. Kerri tried to anticipate travelers needs. Plenty of coffee, tea and cocoa if desired. We especially appreciated the snacks and water she provided while we were out on the trails. The washer and dryer came in handy to clean our muddy hiking clothes.

It was our first time visiting Maine and to be able to stay at this adorable cabin was the cherry on top of a great trip. It was private, clean and beautiful - what more do you need? Sarah was a super responsive host and really made us feel right at home with all of the little touches. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Our 3 night stay was perfect. The cottage was so cute and comfortable. Holly and Howard were extremely friendly and nice.

An absolute gem if you want to reconnect with family/nature, relax and unplugg. It was so peaceful and tranquil. my 5 year old son loved being in the loft stargazing at night. we would be sitting in the deck by the firepit for smores and some snacks every night. Truly, one of our best family trips. Kendra is also very responsive.

Lovely cozy cabin! I went mid-May, which probably isn’t the best time if you want to enjoy local activities. But it is a good time if you want to just relax at the cabin. The host were really nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Michael is a great host and very responsive to local recommendations. The cottage, quaint and serene, was perfect for us during our six day stay. Spending time on the beach each day to seeing many sites around Portland just 30-45 minutes away was truly exceptional.
