Private suite holiday rentals in Southern Maine Coast

Had a wonderful stay on Kate's property. I received a warm welcome when I arrived and felt right at home with everything I needed. The guest suite is both roomy and cozy with a well appointed kitchen, comfy bed, generous towels, and great lounge and work spaces. One of the mornings I woke up to sunshine pouring in, and could hear the autumn breeze blowing outside to the beautiful sound of windchimes. It was an idyllic fall morning in the woods. I highly recommend Kate's place and would stay again.

We were in Portland for a quick one night stay. This was a great spot close to downtown. Great instructions and communication. Was able to walk to a great restaurant down the street for dinner. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Ani!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Kathleen and John truly go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met and you feel right at home during your stay. We were greeted with warmth and comfort during our entire visit, and are already planning on staying with them again next time!

leah was very attentive. The space had been cozy and well maintained. Location was great, right on the marina as well as walking distance to hiking trails and down town. Definitely would recommend !!!!

Your home was the perfect fit for me, my niece and great niece. It was nice to each have our own comfy bed on scent free sheets. We loved the funky, unique feel of the place and really enjoyed all the art work. We appreciated the snacks, coffee, tea and 1/2 n 1/2 provided. UNE was only one mile down the road which was really convenient. We enjoyed eating at Jewel of India and Coco’s Bar and Grill. Our favorite place in town was Elements where you can have a coffee, tea or beer while you browse the bookstore. Ian and Suzen were great hosts!! I would definitely book this space again!! UNE is still my great-niece’s 1st choice.

We loved our stay at Jess and Jeff’s place. Very clean and comfortable. The setting was beautiful and bucolic. Jess and Jeff were very responsive hosts. We hope to return some day.

Amy was the perfect host and her place was beautiful! We located this place as it was near an event we were attending and we would not have to drive after the event. What a pleasant surprise. Exactly what we were looking for and we would highly recommend!

The suite was well stocked, clean, and cozy. Chris was a great host, friendly and very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great stay. The entire apartment was spotless and I loved that the AC was already on when we arrived and the “fireplace” was also a welcoming touch. The amenities were very thoughtful, from cold bottles of water in the fridge to Advil, to mini-snacks, there was nothing more we could’ve ask for. The hot tub was immaculate, I’ve never seen one so clean that the surfaces were shiny. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Doug’s place was perfect! The place was very clean and great for what we were looking for. The location was perfect for either a nice walk or quick drive into the city. We would definitely rent again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Logan’s place. Everything was exactly as described. Very short walk to my favorite beach. I am originally from the area and can vouch personally a location like this is unheard of in the area, a short walk to the city’s most popular beach where you don’t need to worry about parking to get in is a huge plus. Everything looked like the pictures and Logan was available via direct message if I needed anything but I felt as though my privacy was respected which was appreciated.

I am so glad we got to spend a wonderful week resting and relaxing at Matthew's rental unit. The interior was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and comfortable. And the outside was neat and well maintained. Along with the beautiful plants and atmosphere from the outside. Also so glad I got to meet Kai! Wonderful place!!

We loved our stay in Durham at this airbnb. The house was clean and very comfortable. All of the amenities helped to make us feel right at home. The outdoor kitchen was organized and neat. It was so peaceful. Brigitte was a fantastic host. One of the few times I have come back from vacation feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and this is definitely one of the best! The unit has a large, full kitchen open to the living room, a comfortable bedroom, a very nice bathroom, and an outdoor patio overlooking a gorgeous backyard. The entire unit was pristine and decorated with quality furniture. A private entrance on a very beautiful property just seven minutes from Kennebunkport. The hosts were proactive in all communications and incredibly kind. I hope to come back!

If you’re looking for some downtime and solitude , The Nest hits the spot ! The unit is perfect for one or two people with the large deck as an extension to bask in the sun or tune in to nature sounds. The fact that it’s clean and has plenty of snack/treats is a bonus !

Exceptional, beautiful, and spacious. Just needed a place to spend the night prior to picking up the boat the next day. It’s so easy to check-in and soooooo much better than staying at a hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Best airbnb ever. The hosts are just lovely. So many extra touchs. Such as homemade sweet bread and fresh waiting for you. The living area is large and wonderfully decorated. And it is just so peaceful in the living area or outside sitting. We will return! Tammy & Doug

This was our third stay here. This clean and comfortable apartment is our top choice in the area and we will always look here first when we come back to visit friends and family.

Great location and very charming location. Was very comfortable. Great kitchen with a gas stove and all the necessary implements for cooking meals. Cole and his wife were very responsive and helpful with questions that i had and they even left us with a bottle of wine and cookies when we arrived which was splendid as it was our anniversary. The location was super close to the covered bridge, the Echo Lake State Park and the Kancamagus, as well as US 302 which were in prime fall colors during our stay.

Easy place to be close enough to the city and an uber ride away. Walking distance to Back Cove which is very scenic with a walking path around. We were only at the Airbnb to sleep so it was perfect for us. The bed is a daybed which was very comfortable and the size was completely fine for 2 people.

Peter's lovely granddaughter greeted us upon arrival and helped us get settled. And Peter was also very communicative from booking to departure and seemed like a great guy! The place had so many thoughtful touches such providing oat milk, charging cords, and helpful restaurant recommendations. We certainly enjoyed our stay
