Chalet holiday rentals in South Italy

Marcella's house is located at the highest point of Caramanico Terme. It is very comfortably furnished: inside and out a lot of wood and tasteful decoration. Since it was relatively cool during our stay, we were very happy about the heating. After some tinkering, we also managed to get the various systems up and running. Marcella received us and had already provided us with some drinks and cookies - thank you very much for that! She also gave us some tips for activities. The house is right next to the forest, so it is possible to observe animals directly from the terrace (in our case wild boars) - all at a safe distance. It's only a few minutes to the village. You can hike directly from the house into the beautiful Orfentoschlucht! We are happy to recommend Marcellas house!!!

We had a great stay at Dusanka’s cabin. It was perfect for exploring Durmitor National Park, the Black Lake for example is nearby. The cabin is very cosy and comfortable, a good place to relax after a day’s hike. Easy and friendly communication with Dusanka. Would recommend to stay here!

Dario was the best host ever. He was always willing to help and was flexible. The place is GORGEOUS! You basically have your own private villa. Close to Mondello beach where the sights are incredible and night life is crazy. It was a cozy spot, but had a classic Italian touch to it. I would highly highly recommend staying here. It was worth every penny.

everything was great, the point on the airbnb map is not quite accurate, but the host sent more accurate coordinates. in this area sometimes the power goes out, this can be a surprise, but it does not last long and the stove gives enough heat and light. The house is very warm.

A little paradise! Peaceful place, very well maintained, refreshing, pretty. The cottage is very nice and decorated with taste. The bedding is great. The pool is beautiful. The park is beautiful Giulio and Mariangela are adorable and very responsive to our requests. We loved our stay and being able to swim after a hectic day in Rome or elsewhere. (despite the steep slope and stairs to the pool!) Come, you won't be disappointed!

Communication with Luca was excellent, very friendly. Moussa, who takes care of everything, was very helpful and always available. We were also able to set the time for breakfast. The room and bath were very clean. The chalet is in a quiet location, and you are also very close to take a volcano excursion. The garden with its trees and flowers is beautiful. Personally, however, I would remove the mobile pool, which is probably no longer in operation. It is a pity for the beautiful garden and the stale water unnecessarily attracts the mosquitoes. All in all, however, a stay with a positive experience.

Caterina's house is very nice and perfect for a stay in Santo Stefano di Sessanio. We had a great time. Thank you for everything!

My family really enjoyed our stay in Pitomine at Helena’s place. We stayed for 1 week in the upper apartment. The apartment is sunny, warm, and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has necessary equipment for cooking and dining. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. The apartment is clean and not dusty. The location of the house is great - right next to the start of the hiking paths leading through the forest to the Black Lake and further to Savin Kuk. We really enjoyed our communication with Helena and the property manager Ilija. They were always very helpful, friendly, and responsive. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Olia is a great host – proactive, friendly, and always ready to help. Even if you already have a plan for your visit, I’d recommend discussing it with her first – she has tons of great advice, pro tips, and local recommendations. There are also three super cute dogs in the house, which makes the stay even better. If you’re looking for a place literally on the beach, this is a real gem!

Fantastic location-not on a main road and feels very safe as it is gated. maria gave us very clear instructions on how to check in there was no problems at all. It is about a 15 min walk to the port and even closer to the castle. plenty of amazing food options near by. for us the chalet had everything we needed I would recommend this stay!

We were very warmly welcomed to the property. We didn't miss anything all day, as our hosts really put in a lot of effort. The cottage is lovingly and high-quality furnished - air conditioning, coffee maker, fridge and a comfortable bed. In the Secret Garden, there are many different retreats to simply unwind. We received great tips from our hosts on which shops, bars and restaurants nearby are worth visiting. The recommendations were consistently great! For the beach about 1 km away, there is the option to rent umbrellas, etc. Parking is absolutely no problem in the morning. The beach and the water are gigantically beautiful! Animals include 6 small dogs, as well as Hercules the turtle. We miss the rascals already. Thanks again for everything! Carsten & Kim

Amazing place! Peaceful and wild surroundings. 15 min bike ride from the village (restaurants, shops, and supermarkets), but the surroundings (Cala Rossa and Bue Marino and the Amazing view from the cottage) make up for it 😀

Mr. Raffaele and his wife are very kind and helpful people, the house has everything you need to spend a nice beach vacation in a quiet area.
