This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Guests have the exclusive use of the whole villa and of the attached trullo, and the entire outdoor area, which includes the living room, the swimming pool and the laundry. Immersed in the breathtaking countryside, the home is located close to the center of Ceglie Messapica. Dine at exceptional family-owned restaurants, browse through the local markets, and go for a hike or bike ride through the valleys. you have a park for your car, in 20 mintes you arrive on the Adriatic sea beaches, in 30 minutes you can arrive on the Ionico sea beaches.

Dimora Le Tre Ninfe Nocelle – Positano

A historic residence just a short walk from the Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods) in the small village of Nocelle, a hamlet of Positano, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, 8 kilometres away from the town centre and the hustle and bustle. From the local bus stop, you climb 100 steps to reach the property, which is surrounded by nature. As you walk along the driveway, you will be captivated by the scents of the vegetable garden that borders it, the breathtaking view of the coast and the vibrant colours of the surrounding landscape.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Trulli Ad Maiora, charming trulli with SPA

Local trullari masters have revived this magical place using local techniques and materials. The result is a private property where you can spend a real experience. From the zero-km fruit and vegetables of our organic garden to the jogging path in the countryside where there are 1950 native plants and 45 olive trees. From the intimate SPA usable in both summer and winter to the majestic gazebo allocated on the farmyard where once the wheat was beaten. Alberobello is only 1.5 km away.

Casa Tuti

Casa Tuti is down from the main road,only accessible by a 10 minutes walk and some steps, located in the fishermen area of the villageof Praiano, in an extremely quiet area. Surrounded by local properties and wonderful vegetable gardens, we all grow our own produce of the season. The view from the house is 180 degrees, from Positano to the right to the Isola de Li Galli in front, at the horizon Capri and the Faraglioni rocks, to the Amalfi Coast Peninsula back to Casa Tuti.

Trulli di Mezza

I Trulli di Mezza is an ancient rural complex that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in a simple and hospitable setting. Minimalist furnishings leave the space to the stone arches and niches that take center stage. Located in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, they offer a shared swimming pool with another apartment located within the same property. I Trulli are located a few minutes' drive from the sea and the beautiful beaches of the Apulian east coast.

It is the perfect choice for those looking for a cozy and reserved place, without having to give up the possibility of reaching destinations such as Sorrento (5 km), Positano (9 km) and Amalfi (25 km).

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

You will appreciate the wonderful view of the medieval village, the Ionian Sea, the surrounding vineyards, while also experiencing the authentic southern Italian lifestyle.
