A double bedroom, a large living room with two sofas (one bed), air-conditioned, full bathroom. San Vito Lo Capo Rustic on the sea Monte Cofano

Stylish house inside the nature reserve of Monte Cofano about 400 m from the sea with a splendid view of the bay of Macari, exclusive natural setting. The house was an old farmhouse shelter and has been renovated with extreme attention to detail in tuff and Balata stone. It is a place for lovers of relaxation, nature and privacy. Outside, the garden has a sea view over the entire bay and is terraced with ancient Balata stone and mosaics and a stone bench and Sicilian ceramics.

In our bathroom, you will find all the amenities that will make your stay a five-star one. The pillows and mattress are hypoallergenic and very comfortable, to make you rest at your best and be ready to visit beautiful Matera.
