The estate of one hectare of olive trees is located among the villages of the Salento hinterland, 5 km from Castro and a few kilometers from Otranto, Leuca and Pescoluse.

Located inside a villa, it consists of a single room of about 20 square meters with kitchen, table for two, double bed 160 x 195 cm with container and bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning. The Chalet has a terrace overlooking the sea with a coffee table for lunch/dinner plus two sun loungers and umbrellas. The chalet is about 5 minutes from the city center along an uphill road. It also has parking for a small car.
