Chalet holiday rentals in South Italy

Casa molto bella, calda e accogliente. Classico chalet in pieno centro, vicino a tutti i tipi di servizi e impianti da sci. Molto curata nei dettagli con soggiorno ampio e zona camino incantevole. L'host Anthony è stato gentile e disponibile nel fornirci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. Spettacolare durante l'inverno ma perfetto per godersi la Sila in tutte le stagioni.

Sehr nett und schöne Unterkunft

Marcella’s Haus befindet sich am höchsten Punkt von Caramanico Terme. Es ist sehr behaglich eingerichtet: innen und außen sehr viel Holz und geschmackvolle Dekoration. Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt relativ kühl war, waren wir sehr froh um die Heizung. Nach etwas Tüfteln gelang es uns auch, die verschiedenen Systeme zum Laufen zu bringen. Marcella empfing uns und hatte für uns schon ein paar Getränke und Kekse besorgt - vielen Dank dafür! Sie gab uns auch gleich ein paar Tipps für Unternehmungen. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wald, so dass es möglich ist, direkt von der Terrasse Tiere zu beobachten (in unserem Fall Wildschweine) - alles in sicherer Entfernung. In den Ort ist es auch nur ein paar Minuten. In die wunderschöne Orfentoschlucht kann man direkt vom Haus aus hinein wandern! Wir empfehlen Marcellas Haus gerne weiter!!!

Ambrogio was a great host, he let us check in earlier, even picked us up at the train station. Big lemon garden gives the place a special feel, we enjoyed it so much. It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed.

La casa di Caterina è molto bella e perfetta per un soggiorno a Santo Stefano di Sessanio. Siamo stati molto bene. Grazie di tutto!

ottima posizione per escursioni, immersa nella natura

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de Paola 3 jours. L’expérience était incroyable. Si vous cherchez du calme et une vue incroyable, ce logement est fait pour vous. Paola est très disponible et répond immédiatement aux demandes. Je recommande !

(English translation below) Monica e suo marito Salvatore sono stati dei padroni di casa fantastici, estremamente disponibili e disponibili. Ci hanno dato un caloroso benvenuto (e ci hanno persino regalato dei dolci tipici di una panetteria locale) e sono stati molto flessibili con il check-in e il check-out. Mia moglie ed io siamo stati da loro solo una notte, ma avremmo voluto fermarci più a lungo per diversi motivi: innanzitutto per la posizione estremamente bella e tranquilla, immersa in una natura meravigliosa. La casa è circondata da un frutteto con meli, peri e susini (e altri alberi da frutto), così abbiamo potuto gustare dell'ottima frutta, perfettamente matura, appena colta. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Lo chalet dispone di tutti i servizi per un soggiorno confortevole, tra cui un patio esterno con vista sul frutteto, un soppalco con letti comodi e una cucina ben attrezzata. Un altro vantaggio è che lo chalet è abbastanza in alto (circa 1300 metri sul livello del mare), quindi la temperatura era incantevole nonostante il caldo dell'estate siciliana. Questo è il luogo ideale da cui partire per esplorare lo splendido Monte Etna e le città vicine. Monica and her husband Salvatore have been great hosts, extremely helpful and available. They gave is a warm welcome (and even treated us with typical sweets from a local bakery) and were very flexible with the check-in and check-out. My wife and I only stayed at their place for one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer for several reasons: first of all, because of the extremely beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful nature. The house is surrounded by an orchard with apple, pear and plum trees (and more), so we were able to enjoy perfectly ripe, organically grown fruits straight from the trees. Our stay was very pleasant as the chalet has all the right amenities for a comfortable stay, including an outdoor patio overlooking the orchard, a mezzanine with comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Another advantage is that the chalet is quite high up (around 1300 meters above sea level), so the temperature was lovely in spite of the heat of the Sicilian summer. This is the ideal spot from which to explore the gorgeous Mt. Etna and the neighbouring towns.

Fantastic location-not on a main road and feels very safe as it is gated. maria gave us very clear instructions on how to check in there was no problems at all. It is about a 15 min walk to the port and even closer to the castle. plenty of amazing food options near by. for us the chalet had everything we needed I would recommend this stay!

Il sig.Raffaele e sua moglie sono delle persone gentilissime e disponibili, la casa ha tutto l’occorrente per trascorrere una bella vacanza al mare in una zona tranquilla.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in der Unterkunft empfangen. Die ganzen Tage über hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, da sich unsere Gastgeber wirklich sehr viel Mühe gegeben haben. Das Charlet ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet - Klimaanlage, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und ein bequemes Bett. Im Secret Garden gibt es viele unterschiedliche Rückzugsmöglichkeiten um einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Von unseren Gastgebern erhielten wir tolle Tipps, welche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe einen Besuch wert sind. Die Empfehlungen waren durchweg super! Für den ca 1 km entfernten Strand gibt es die Möglichkeit, sich Sonnenschirme etc. auszuleihen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind morgens absolut kein Problem. Der Strand und das Wasser sind gigantisch schön! Tierisch begleiten einen 6 kleine Spitz, sowie Herkules die Schildkröte. Wir vermissen die Rasselbande schon jetzt. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles! Carsten & Kim

It was even nicer than on the pictures :-) Such a lovely house and the garden was so beautiful. Maria took such great care of us. Would definitly come back any time :-)
