L'appartamento è posto al primo piano di un edificio la cui costruzione risale alla fine del 1400 d.c. Palazzo Tenore Cianci è oggi sottoposto a vincolo della Soprintendenza. Il restauro dell'appartamento ha recuperato una serie di elementi , quali travi e architravi in legno risalenti all'epoca di costruzione. La pavimentazione invece risulta essere in resina di cemento, giusta contrapposizione agli elementi architettonici originali. Lo spazio si disloca attraverso un grande open space nel quale si susseguono living, grande cucina e sala pranzo. Allo stesso livello sono presenti una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone su Via San Gregorio Armeno, due bagni e la lavanderia. A circa 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la stazione della Circumvesuviana dalla quale partono i treni per i siti archeologici di Pompei ed Ercolano.
