One full bathroom with standup shower and a separate changing room with shower. The common area is spacious and can easily sleep 2 more guests. Weather permitting, enjoy our 82k gallon heated pool that was the first inground pool in South Bend. Pool area includes an outdoor gazebo and fire pit. Minutes to Notre Dame and downtown South Bend.

FOUR Piggyback (together) Football Tickets per game can be negotiated! This suite/carriage house is located a short distance from the ND, IUSB, & Bethel Colleges. There are three big parks/play spaces & a zoo within just a few minutes' walk. This carriage house 'suite' or apartment is attached to the main house owned by a long-time ND staff member and retired faculty member, and they are often around to help guide you during your visit, should you like. The suite is, well, a sweet deal!

South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Close to Notre Dame. One dog is welcome. No cats. There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.
