Lots of privacy and next to organic garden, fields, stable and fruit orchards. All utilities, TV and WI-FI included. Well water with new water softener and water heater. Pet friendly; no pet fee. Appliances available for use are stackable washer/dryer, fridge, stove, over the range microwave, and dishwasher. Newer propane grill is available for use. *bunk bed will be difficult for older individuals due to lower bunk being low.
