You get the feeling and “alone in the whole world” despite 7 minutes to Fagernes city. Mindfullness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is power and wood firing. There is one bedroom and living room with sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from parking space to the cabin. The cabin is southwest facing at 1000 MOH with beautiful views of Knippa, Skogshorn and Vasetvannet. Proximity to many great hiking destinations right from the cabin.

An hour from Jotunheimen with 255 of Norway's 300 mountain peaks over 2000 meters. And if you want urban city life, it is fifteen min to drive to the charming village town of Fagernes. Shop, restaurant and bakery within walking distance.

Syndin's cabin in Valdres

Welcome to my paradise! Here on the snow mountain, I offer sun walls, mountain peaks and ridge. Choose whether you want to cycle or walk along the road, on trails or in the heather, or on the snow in winter. Or just sit and enjoy the panoramic view. The cabin was completed in 2018 and has internet, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and large adhesive stove. Completely subjective; the nicest cabin at Syndin ;) Welcome!

Vang Gardens - Old restored log house

This house is located in Valdres, in between Oslo and Bergen. Surrounding area give many oppurtunities both summer and winter. Border of Jotunheimen, about 45 min drive to Bygdin. Also Sognefjord is within 1 h reach. Distanse to Fagernes and Beitostølen is about 45 min. The famous old Kongevegen is within short distance, both the spectacular Kvamskleiva and crossing Filefjell.

Welcome to Helin, a beautiful mountain area with cottages and mountain farms. It is a fabulous area for hiking, biking and skiing. Experience the special atmosphere that follows when the surroundings are simple, when you light candles, get heating from the wood stove and water from the outside water faucet or the river – this is a simple, and enormously good life!
