Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.
