As a guest, you clean the apartment before you leave. Bring your own bed linen and towels. The apartment is equipped with a Yale doorman. So you will receive your own code 24 hours before you arrive

Our cottage is located in Evetofte/Melby on a nice, densely planted and sunny plot. Here, there is a cycling distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's real Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light when the sun sets after a long beautiful day. In the last few years, we have updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, post-insulated, new thermal windows and a whole garden.

A perfect place to relax, while still being close to lots of activities. Only 5 minutes from E6 highway & 20 minutes to Ullared. Bed linen and towels included. Electric car charging available for an extra fee. *Please note that we use the garage for our car and as an office/work space. We try to keep as quiet as possible, but sometimes you may hear noise.

The river Krokån (130 meters from the house), with 300 m of in-house shore line, offers good fishing opportunities. A mosquito magnet on the property creates the greatest possible mosquito freedom. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with a larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to a fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car at the house.
