The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation by Lake Svanshals. Lake view from living room/kitchen and conservatory. Fireplace. The cabin is newly built and was completed at the turn of the year 2022/2023. Private access to Lake Svanshalssjön. Fishing on site. Swimming is possible but bathing shoes are recommended (until we have built a jetty). Otherwise, there is very nice nature nearby that is crossed by the Skåneleden. Within cycling and driving distance is Osby, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and other activities.

Scenic accommodation in the middle of Skåne

Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Enjoy nature near cultural Råshult with its beautiful hiking trails and proximity to Älmhult and IKEA. Newly renovated house with modern standards. Lake view and walking distance to Såganäs Friluftsbas with swimming jetty and canoe rental. 5 km to Diö where the nearest pizzeria and train station are located. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and the IKEA Museum. Fishing is available in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.

Svarta House - Silent Nature

The house is located right next to the forest. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren. Just 2 km away you have access to a lake with sauna (shared with others) that you can use for free. On agreement you can charge your electric vehicle at our place (200 meters away) with type 2 , 11kW for 3sek/kW. Towels/linens are NOT included, but can be provided for 150 SEK/person. Cleaning can be added for 1500sek.
