To gode badeværelser, det ene ved poolen. Lokalerne som udlejes i underetagen er på i alt 125 m2 og består af stort køkken/alrum/opholdsstue to soveværelser, skabsgang og stort badeværelse. Desuden er der terrasse både oppe og nede, og fri parkering kan ske såvel oppe som nede i forhold til ejendommen.

Det är endast ca 15 min med spårvagn till Liseberg, Ullevi och Svenska Mässan. Som närmaste granne finns Göteborgs största park Slottsskogen och i närheten finns den gamla stadsdelen Haga.
