Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The tranquility of the lakes in the forests of Vittsjö

(From November 1, 2025, we change one bedroom to a lounge and only take two guests.) Lovely 50s cottage with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a cape in Vittsjö's lake area so you have the peace and quiet, but are still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest close by and lovely hiking areas. Great fishing just meters from the front door. Here you wake up overlooking beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the hooping of the owls in the evening.

Cozy cottage + guesthouse and 2400m2 forestplot

This typical Swedish cottage in the idyllic woods of Småland hosts up to 4 people. The forrestplot of 2400m2 contains lots of blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms for you to pick if you come in late summer or fall. There are 3 holiday houses nearby but you cant really see the neighbours if you don´t want to ;) The nearest lake for swimming is 5 min with car (Badplats Vägla) and another 20 min for a bigger lake sand beach (Vesljungasjöns badplats) We welcome everyone, also dogs offcourse
