There is plenty of space in the house, as the living room and kitchen are a large room with 2 associated good bedrooms as well as a new bathroom. Up to 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, as it can be folded out. There is a pellet stove and heat pump as heat sources in the living room There is also plenty of space for outdoor activities with coziness in the shelter as well as a campfire in the space in front of the shelter. In the shed by the shelter, there are games.

The house is located in its own little forest. There is a fenced garden with a shelter that can also be used for overnight stays. You can walk to Limfjorden, and the North Sea is 15 minutes away by car. 30 min. From the house you will find the start of Cold Hawaii Together with family or friends, you can enjoy the garden, the sea and the evening in the warm wilderness bath. The large plot makes the place unique for outdoor activities for adults and children, and the fenced garden is perfect if you have a dog with you. The area offers plenty of opportunities for e.g. fishing, surfing, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, etc. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, restaurant and cafes within 3 km. The whole house is newly renovated and looks nice.

The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.
