Monthly Rentals in Son Parc

It was exactly what we were looking for. A nice, intimate and quiet place. It all matches the description of the apartment, and has all the little details you need for a week-long stay (in our case) It has been a pleasure, and if we return to Menorca, we will repeat.

Beautiful house: large, tastefully decorated, relaxing. Huge garden with several places to rest, beautiful colors at sunset, nice pool with plenty of deckchairs. Lots of different places to eat, have an aperitif etc... Pink sand beach 10 min walk. Alain is a very kind and very responsive host. We had a great time with friends (three families of 4). I highly recommend this listing!

We had a lovely stay. We were there end of May/beginning of June and was pretty quiet, not too many other people to share pool with. Within walking distance to the main beach and a beach bar/restaurant as well as a supermarket. The place was well equipped. The only thing I would have preferred is air con in the bedroom not just in the living room. Check in was easy and quick and Lina replied quickly to messages.

We spent days in early June 2025 at Siano. The apartment is true to the photos. The co-ownership was very quiet with 2 pools. The apartment is very clean, modern, the bedding very comfortable, with shower gel, shampoos, sheets, towels and even beach towels provided. The terrace with a small view of the beach on one side and a large view of Mont Toro on the other. Private parking at the foot of the apartment. The location is very good for visiting the places located to the north and east towards Mahon. It takes 45 minutes by car to get to Ciutadella. Fine sandy beach 5 min walk and small supermarket very good 5 min too. And finally Siano, very present and responsive by phone or messaging.
