House holiday rentals in Son Parc

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

We came to spend several days as a family in this beautiful villa with 4 children under 7 years old: Everything was perfect, super welcoming and available host, the house is in a private and secure environment. The house is large and very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. We also benefited from Manu's advice on places to visit suitable for children. Great, we recommend!!

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

We stayed at the villa for 8 nights in June. Dan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The Villa is as shown in the photos - well presented with a nice pool/outside dining area and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommended this villa.

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Great place, quiet and beautiful, luminous and clean with a great terrace for reading, writing over coffee and nice view. Nice coffee in the morning at the Hostal de Ses Salines, walking distance and very nice owners. Great quality/prize balance

Very good stay with Andreu! Very nice house, well located and with a beautiful view! The pools and the setting are very nice. And Andreu was always very available and responsive. He also gave us good advice on the cool things to do in Menorca. We recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Fornells. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy comfortably. We didn't miss a thing. The location is unbeatable, close to the town centre and areas with spectacular views. In addition, the host's service was excellent, very kind, attentive and always willing to help. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Maripaz's cottage for six nights during our vacation in Menorca. We had a great time, the apartment has all the essentials (pots, plates, washing machine, etc.), ample indoor parking, swimming pool, a beautiful garden and is located in a very convenient location and very close to Mao airport. Finally, Maripaz is a very kind and helpful host. The only note is that the sofa bed can be a little uncomfortable to rest on despite a topper being provided to place on top. Overall, I recommend Maripaz's cottage also for its good value for money.

Great accommodation in a very good location in the middle of the island so we are close to everything, the neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. Great value, and very nice and friendly host. Thanks again! 😄

Absolutely amazing stay! One of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in yet. Pat was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole check in and trip process. Really loved the location of the house, and there was a free car park near by. The house also is absolutely beautiful, better than the photos. Hope to stay again one day!

This was our second stay in Antonio’s lovely house, he was there to greet us again on our arrival which was really nice. It’s such a beautiful location right on the crystal clear blue sea. We enjoyed snorkelling most days. This time we took the boat trips to the Quarantine and hospital islands in Mahon harbour which was fascinating. Having a restaurant next door is a bonus though also lovely to eat on the balcony looking out at the attractive whitewashed old fishing houses. We hope to return at the same time next year.

Marco and Ritas Villa was amazing, it was even better than the photos, the rooms were nice and cool, and pool was immaculate. We arrived a bit late due to flight delays and Marco and Rita were there to welcome us and show us around. Our Spanish is not great but we were able to understand each other and they were warm welcoming and friendly. Less than 4 mins walk from the house is the beach with crystal clear waters and white sands, pretty quiet even on the hottest days. A short walk either way from the villa you can get to shops and restaurants, and with a car the rest of this beautiful island is easily accessible. We cannot thank Marco and Rita enough - they were the perfect hosts, gave us privacy and were always there to help - would love to come back again

A very easy house to live in for a family, even with small children. A very relaxing setting lulled by the lapping of the sea at the bottom of the property. Good communication with Robert which helped prepare the stay well. Off season, beware of the closure of many shops and restaurants on the coast. But we manage to adapt

Excellent stay. The extremely well located home is clean and tastefully decorated. As a bonus in April we had the sunset facing the sea.

This is one of the most beautiful homes we have had the privilege to stay in. Located on a cliff edge, the surrounding views of the ocean are simply incredible and the house is located in a way which makes you feel completely alone. The interior is warm and homey, fully equipped with all you might need and spacious for the group. This house is so unique and special, we cannot recommend it enough.

Edward’s property was perfect for our girls holiday. The pool was large and had the sun all day. The islands small so wasn’t tricky to get anywhere and the villa is in a lovely neighbourhood by the golf club. There are restaurants, a pub, and the beach nearby. Edward was a great host, he was super responsive and helpful before and during the trip. He kindly allowed us to have early check in and late check out. Would recommend hiring a car to explore the island, and for grocery trips. Taxi’s are also super easy to get if not. 5/5 rating for us! Would defo recommend :)

Wow what can we say. Trish’s villa is incredible - the photos don’t do it justice. Definitely hire a car as access is as expected in the natural park. directions super clear and Trish was an amazing communicative host - beautiful beaches in es grau and we even had a massage with petra who came to the house on our last day. The villa has everyhing you need - it’s remote and private but everything within a 15/20 drive. Pool area stunning. We couldn’t fault it at all and will be back 100%! to explore everything we didn’t get to see. Thank you Trish for a super stay xx

Carlos was a great host. The house has unbeatable views with direct access to the sea. Breakfast on the priceless porch. Very cozy, easy and tastefully decorated. The area is very quiet and encourages you to take a walk along the coast. The kitchen is very complete and the cleanliness is perfect. Nice to have enjoyed it...
