It’s located in a unique community with a large private 4,000 m² garden that stretches all the way to the sea. The surrounding area is a marine reserve, ideal for snorkelling.

Our apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite facilities, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. It benefits from a large balcony area, complete with BBQ and table and chairs overlooking the golf course and only 2 minutes drive to the beach. Both bathrooms have been refurbished in June 2025. The kitchen was refurbished in February 2026 so there will be a brand new kitchen for the Easter and Summer season 2026.

From the terrace, you can see the typical white Menorcan houses of Playas de Fornells framed by the sea, with the Cabo de Cavallería and its impressive lighthouse in the background. “Casa Coco”, an idyllic place where you can admire spectacular panoramic views of the sea; a real feast for the eyes that becomes especially unique at sunset. The apartment is located just a 5-10 minute walk from Cala Tirant Beach.

The apartment is situated in the Aldeamar complex with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the sea and swimming pool. It's only a one minute walk to the Son Saura beach. There are are few supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. It is also only a 10 minute to walk to the famous golf course Golf Son Parc Menorca. There is private parking behind the apartment.

Aiguardent, a little country house.

The house is very comfortable and is conveniently located both for going to the beach and for cycling, it is close to our famous Camí de Cavalls, a beautiful route to enjoy both on foot and by bicycle. Close to Favaritx Lighthouse. To go to the nearest supermarket you have to go to Mahón, it's a 0-minute drive. A car is essential. There are no bus lines.
