2 Bedrooms in the City Center with Boxspring Beds

The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

A cosy apartment in the countryside

There is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds. Plus a loft with 2 beds. The loft is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with duvet and pillow - high chairs - a changing mat in the bathroom. A bathtub for children. TV with internet. Outside, there is a table with chairs and a barbecue. You can borrow a dream bed if you are interested There are fly screens on all plastic windows. The roof windows don't have fly screens. You put the bed linen on yourself.

RUGGÅRD - Farm-holiday

Ruggård is an old farm, located on the edge of Vejle Ådal, only 18 km from Kolding, Vejle and Billund (Legoland). Here you have the optimal starting point for trips in the most beautiful Danish nature. The area offers hiking trails and cycling and horseback riding routes. There are many excursion options, but also time to stay on the farm. Children LOVE being here. Here, outdoor life is prioritized and therefore there is no TV in the home (parents thank us). Come and experience the rural idyll and tranquility and greet the farm's animals.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The house is within walking distance of Jels Sø, where you can swim, fish, sail, etc. 0.7 miles away is the Royal Oak Golf Club and all the city's shopping and dining options are also within walking distance. Guests will have access to the entire home private covered patio, parking, and an enclosed fenced yard. The house is in a perfect central location for excursions in southern Denmark. Dogs are also welcome.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is on the 1st floor and about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and are not in bed. We'll share a toilet at night, but it's 100% yours.

Guesthouse 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill. Terrace with BBQ grill is avalible just outside the door - and a private roof terrasse (avalible from 2026) for those sunny days! Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

School Stenderup - Entire home/3 bedrooms

Entire home for yourselves, which consists of 3 rooms in the old school, where you have a completely renovated bathroom and you have the large industrial kitchen with all the facilities available and a living room. Sit outside if the weather is good and enjoy breakfast overlooking the apple orchard. Take a stroll in the 360 m2 greenhouse or play badminton or table tennis (by appointment) in the old gym. You provide your own food.
