Large living room with small tea kitchen, fridge and sink, it is not possible to cook hot food. Large double bed in the corner of the living room, sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, TV. Exit to balcony with view. Private bathroom, toilet + sink. Helpful neighbors if we as the owner are away.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The house is within walking distance of Jels Sø, where you can swim, fish, sail, etc. 0.7 miles away is the Royal Oak Golf Club and all the city's shopping and dining options are also within walking distance. Guests will have access to the entire home private covered patio, parking, and an enclosed fenced yard. The house is in a perfect central location for excursions in southern Denmark. Dogs are also welcome.

There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise it's 100% yours.
