Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sommen

Our holiday in the rather cool, windy pre-season May-mid June was a nice experience thanks to the house. There was also a good place to read, enjoy the view, watch animals. Schären property. Good starting point to explore the area. Travel to hikes, kayak or bike tours usually only by car, about 15 minutes to supermarkets, petrol station. Friendly, attentive care by h Kerstin. Would love to come back!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size, furnishing style and cleanliness of the place. From the beginning, we felt comfortable. We were just passing through, but can also imagine a multi-day stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The communication with the hosts was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The house was spotless and very well maintained, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. The view over the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and the level of privacy was exceptional — it felt like our own little paradise. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful jetty right by the lake — the perfect spot for swimming, relaxing, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. We’d definitely love to come back!

We really enjoyed the communication with the hosts, for the house, for the facilities, for Tived National Park, for the instruction book in the house and for the entire stay. It can easily be we'll be back. We had a little trouble with our car and some neighbors were also very helpful. It was just really good everything.

The "yellow house" is already appealing and inviting on the outside. Inside, you will find a homely and tasteful space. Everything for daily needs is in good condition and abundantly available. The house has charm and atmosphere. Everything is quite straightforward and manageable. The host is always approachable and helpful. Bosse and Yvonne are very warm hosts and we felt really comfortable. The room is very nice and individually decorated and has a special style and the house is quietly located in a beautiful garden. Bosse gave us great tips for things to do nearby. We would love to come again anytime.

We had a very nice week in Bart's Villa Kunterbunt. Our 2-year-old son loved the garden and the play area in the attic with play kitchen and wooden train. The house is small but well suited for 3 people. There was a baby travel bed for our son, as he was still too small to sleep in the alcove. Bart was very kind and helpful, phoned us before arrival and explained everything to us. The house is a bit lonely, there are only a few neighboring houses. Nearby there is a lake with a beautiful swimming area, it is 15 minutes to Eksjö and an elk park, and about 50 minutes to Vinmerby, Katthult and Bullerbyn. We will be happy to come back!

Pleasant stay with a good and dedicated host. You felt welcome. Employment in the accommodation for large and small and it feels private and individual even if there are several residences in the house. Experienced the surroundings as calm. There was everything my family and I needed for the stay and I also think it was worth the price. I will gladly book there again when I need to. You can be aware that you can hear those who live above walking around in the morning if you are disturbed by such.

Beautiful house, large and spacious, a little out of town but not too much, very quiet. The host was very helpful, as soon as a problem arose he moved immediately and solved it quickly.

We celebrated Christmas and New Year's Eve in this accommodation. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa in the middle of nature. There is a lake behind the house and in front of the house you can walk directly into the forest. Perfect! Big plus was that we were allowed to bring our dogs. They also had a wonderful vacation! The house is spacious and comfortable. Ingatorp is a quiet and idyllic place. Nearby, there is a lot to do and see. Everything was in the house and there are two bathrooms. In summary, wonderful house!

Many thanks to Thomas for lending us a wonderful house surrounded by the most beautiful nature. The house had EVERYTHING and Thomas was a very hospitable and helpful host! The location was perfect for walks in the surrounding nature and a visit to the charming town of Eksjö is highly recommended. We also visited Astrid Lingren's World, a big hit with both big and small! We hope we can borrow your place again!
