(nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), nearby with nice walking paths. Flea markets. Lovely nature outside the house for forest excursions or swimming and fishing.

Warmly welcome to the Little House in Kvill! Here you live close to nature in the middle of the Småland cultural landscape - surrounded by oak pastures, meadows and buildings from the nineteenth century. The house is located about 20 minutes by car from Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World, and close to both Katthult and Bullerbyn. Below the hill, you will find a nice little swimming lake, and a short walk from the house stands the 1000-year-old Kvilleken. A few kilometres away is the magical Norra Kvill National Park, with great hiking opportunities.

The house is completely secluded in the woods and right by its own forest lake with a jetty, sauna and boat. Stay in our charming little retro pearl of 78 sqm with large garden just next to Pelarne church. 5 minutes to Bullerbyn. 10 minutes (1 km) to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgrens Värld. The house has two bedrooms, a common room, a dining room, a kitchen and a new bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Two double beds (one large, and one 140 cm wide) and a single bed (pull-out sofa in the dining room, for children or shorter adult.). Guests clean themselves after their stay. Please bring your own towels and bedsheets.

The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. And maybe you see deer, foxes or moose from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

Välkommen till lugnet på Sjöhagens Glamping intill Vätterns kristallklara vatten! Från Gränna åker du 10 min norrut längs turistvägen med milsvid utsikt över Vättern, där finner du Sjöhagen och natur som närmast påminner om en regnskog utan att vara långt ifrån civilisationen. Några meter ner från glampingtältet finns Vättern som illumineras av solen på sitt speciella sätt. Redan på 1800-talet uppmärksammade författaren Mark Twain solnedgångarna över Vättern i sin roman A Tramp Abroad.

The Skuru farm is close to Katth Katthult and here you rent your own house on the farm. 25-minute drive to Astrid Lindgren's World Perfect for guests looking for a peaceful and pleasant holiday in the countryside. In 2020, we renovated the kitchen, entrance hall and laundry room and also built a brand new bathroom on the ground floor. There is proximity to the lake with boat and swimming. Warm welcome!

The property exists of two main buildings: 1. house with kitchen, fireplace and bedroom with double bed. (It is also possible to use seperate beds) 2. A modern utility building that contains shower and toilet. Use of canoe and life vests is included.
