We stayed for three nights and had a really lovely break. The little house is in a quiet spot with a beautiful view of the lake – just the right place to unwind. The hot tub with the lake view was the cherry on top, especially in the evenings. Inside, everything was super clean and thoughtfully decorated. You can tell a lot of care went into making the place feel cozy and welcoming – we felt at home right away. The surrounding area is great too: lots of nature, nice hiking trails, and a swimming lake nearby – perfect if you enjoy being outdoors or just want to relax in peace. Daniel was a fantastic host – really friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. You can tell he puts a lot of heart into it. For us, it was a perfect little getaway – we’d definitely love to come back!

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay there very much, our two teenage boys included. The house was lovely and the garden was especially charming. Thanks for the good time!

Maria was a wonderful host, always quick to respond and very kind and flexible. On arrival there was a fire burning in the stove and the house was warm and cozy. Maria also topped up our firewood throughout our stay. The beds we used were comfortable and it was very nice to have towels and sheets included and to not have to clean before we left. We hope to return some day in the summertime!

Amazingly beautiful and peaceful place. The peace and quiet was magical. Luxury with getting a breakfast basket every morning. So cozy with the sheep pasture next to the house and see all the cute lambs shooting around. We will be more than happy to come back soon because here it felt like coming home. The hosts were so cute and their dog Greta so sweet and kind.

Nice place. what we were looking for

A wonderful and typically small Swedish cabin with a great view! We took two Australians on a small road trip and spent one night in Robbin's cabin and had a wonderful time. We played mini golf and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The cabin has everything you need for one or a few nights there, has a well-equipped kitchen and very new bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. The only thing to be aware of, is that with 4 or 5 people, it might simply be a bit cramped - but that's part of the cabin charm. Robbin is a great host who responded quickly and gave us a lot of good information about the cabin and activities in the area. If we're ever in the area, we will definitely come back!

We had a very nice holiday. On the way out just before we arrived at the cottage, we saw a moose. Very cool. It is a very nice cottage in the forest. You can take beautiful walks directly from the cottage. It is super quiet. The house was nice and warm when we arrived. We were allowed to glide wood ourselves and light the wood stove and grease spit, which was very nice and cozy. Anything you need is present in the house. Thank you!

We were allowed to stay in Mikel's wonderful house for 10 days. Mikel was always available and gave us great tips. The sauna & hot tube were the highlight. Our daughter really appreciated the tree swing. We had many opportunities to do something or just enjoyed the tranquility. Really great was also the use of the boat. A very lovingly landscaped garden & a nice house. The kitchen was very well equipped, towels and linens were sufficiently available. We would come back anytime. Thank you for the relaxing time in Sweden.

We have stayed at this place a few times (during events at Mantorp Park) and it's always been a nice experience. It's an old house but renovated to modern standards, nothing overly fancy but has everything we have needed.

Cozy little cottage in very beautiful location! Luxury with accommodation right on the beach! Nice host! We are used to the incineration toilet but it went well (even got used to the smell from the chimney). Thank you! (Maybe it was because the wind was “on the wrong side” but when we were outside we heard the faintly big road noise, which took the feeling of peace something.)

Pia is a very nice, open, helpful person. The plot is super nice and the lake has very clear water. We are already thinking about booking our next holiday there.

Perfect is the right word

We really enjoyed our stay. Located in the middle of the woods next to a beautiful lake. The cows came and greeted us in the morning while we were having breakfast. The house was decorated nicely and very authentic Swedish. Some furniture was a bit dilapidated, and there could be more usable light, but it also added to the charm. Would definitely recommend the place.

As a family of five with a dog, we spent six days in this beautiful, exceptional accommodation and enjoyed it very much. A bouquet of fresh flowers was on the table, nature is wonderful, the lake a pleasure, the various huts very simple but cozy. It's also great that you can grab a rowing boat at any time. It was a lot of fun. Katarina and Lars were very nice, quickly accessible, and extremely helpful and committed.
