Slap af i dette hyggelige sommerhus, kun 300 meter fra en fantastisk strand. Huset har indhegnet have med terrasser mod syd, øst og vest. Der er også skov tæt på samt Solrød Centret med butikker og caféer samt station med hurtigt tog til København. Der er cykelrute hele vejen ind til København. Parkering har plads til flere biler og campingvogn. Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Nyd et ophold i dette stilfulde nybygget gæstehus. Det ligger midt i den hyggelige Ishøj Landsby, med udsigt udover et roligt grønt område og har egen parkeringsplads. Der er et fuldt funktionelt køkken med alt hvad man kunne ønske sig af køkkenredskaber, potter, pander og basale ting. Det har dejligt funktionelt badeværelser med bruseafskærmning, stor hoved bruser og et toilet med indbygget bidet funktion.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
