Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. If you go the other way, it's a 10-minute walk down to our lovely sandy beach. Free parking at the station. In summer, noise from the street at night may sometimes be expected

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Simpel og praktisk bolig til en fornuftig pris. Anneks i tilknytning til huset, men med egen indgang. 10 minutters gåtur til stranden og nærmeste S-tog, og 22 minutter med tog til København. Et værelse med sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud) og fjernsyn og et med tekøkken, spisebord og lille sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud). The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years of age.
