The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Enjoy a stay at this stylish newly built guesthouse. It is located in the middle of the cozy Ishøj Village, overlooking a quiet green area and has its own parking space. There's a fully functional kitchen with everything you could want from cooking utensils, pots, pans, and basics. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.

Close to the beach 200 meters and smaller forest 700 meters, 1000 meters to the train and 2000 meters to the highway, most of Zealand can be reached within 1 hour by car, 25-30 min to Rådhuspladsen. Possibility to charge an electric car for a fee. If you want to change the check-in/check-out, this can be arranged.
