Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Solling

We were in the house for a JGA and felt more than comfortable. The large kitchen-living room on the 1st floor offers the perfect space for a wonderful girls' night together! The rooms and bathrooms were modern, new and clean. Thanks to the good weather, we were even able to spend the evening behind the house with the cozy lounge furniture in the evening sun. Everything around perfect! 🙏🏼😍

Nice place and Till was very friendly, helpful, and communicative. Clean and kitchen is stocked with everything 1-2 people need in terms of cookware, cutlery, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing location within short driving distance of many good hiking paths in the Harz. We had a very nice and quiet stay with six adults and a dog at the property. The wooden house is really very nice, new and well equipped. We particularly liked the open kitchen and the living room, as well as the small private garden. The surrounding area is a residential area with no great opportunities for activities. This was more than suitable for us, as we wanted to spend time together. Smaller walks are possible, the public transport connection to Hanover is ok. The shopping directly across the street probably still closed until the end of 2025, so it makes sense to use a car for shopping in the next town. The house is quite audible due to its construction, which is no problem if all guests have a similar sleeping rhythm;) Overall, we had a great stay and everything met our expectations!

Everything was clean and the living room was extra nice. A few staples have arrived. Only in the entrance area you will notice that parts of the house are still being renovated.

A great place with a great host. I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures – clean, well equipped and super cozy. The attention to detail and the garden was particularly beautiful for me. The house is large and offers plenty of space. Janett was extremely friendly, helpful and always available if any questions came up. The location of the property is also perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I'd love to come back!

Beautiful, modern accommodation with very good facilities - an additional highlight are the running ducks in the garden :)

We were there with the extended family, including dog and children from 1 to 11 years. The house is just beautiful, just the right mix between old and new. We felt right at home. For the children, of course, the garden was perfect and for all ages. There were also a lot of toys in the house in case it rained or in between. The bedrooms were not as clairaudient as expected, so the others didn't notice anything from crying babies at night. Christine was always super easy to reach and helped us very nicely with everything. All in all, we really liked it. We will also definitely book again if it is possible.

perfect house for a family with small kids, they really enjoyed the sandbox, small vehicles, puzzles etc... Location is also nice, near the dam but still quiet street.

I spent five weeks here and felt right at home. The apartment is well equipped, in the kitchen you will find everything you need and more. Great amenities, pleasant size and it actually looks exactly like the pictures. On the street you can always and easily find a parking space, and the public transport connection is great because you can get to the city of Lebenstedt in less than 10 minutes from the bus stop next door. In the apartment itself, it is very quiet.

Highly recommend! We had an all-round perfect stay in this beautiful apartment. The place was spotlessly clean as well as modern and tastefully decorated – exactly as shown in the pictures. You immediately notice that they work here with a lot of love for detail. Overall, it seemed like the apartment had only recently been renovated to a high standard. In addition, you have a magnificent view over Bad Lauterberg from the apartment/sun terrace, which also offers great sunsets in the evening. We would like to highlight the very friendly landlady Liane, who went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would be happy to come back!

The apartment was more comfortable than in the photos and was perfect for two people. Peaceful location and short trip to the city center and train station. Annabelle always responded to inquiries quickly and kindly.

The stay at the lodge was great. The location and space were especially great. Check-in was very easy and the additional room booked was only a short walk across the hallway. Unfortunately, the infrared cabin is not the highlight for 10 people. We also rented an electric grill for 25 euros, which unfortunately only got as warm as the infrared cabin. In the end, the pan was grilled but well. The sound system was really great. A lot of attention to detail in the individual rooms and in general we had everything we needed. Only the kitchen was a little poorly equipped, but maybe we just noticed. We would book again.

We stayed in HOME Suite 5 and felt very comfortable. Both the communication with the landlord and the holiday apartment support on site were friendly, fast and professional. We had a small technical issue and could have had an electrician in the apartment the next day to fix that. We didn't want to spend our vacation days with craftsmen appointments and therefore gratefully declined, but were really enthusiastic about the commitment! The apartment is very chic and well maintained. The bathroom is a bit smaller than we had expected, but we were enthusiastic about the large balcony: here you can park several bicycles if you are in the Harz for biking! We will be happy to come back :)

Thomas' apartment is exactly as described: functional, cozy and very well appointed. The separate entrance with parking space directly in front and the flexible check-in via the key box make the arrival uncomplicated. The surroundings are beautiful, with lots of leisure and shopping nearby. I would like to highlight the very kind and helpful nature of Thomas particularly positively. We had a nice family weekend in this apartment where nothing was missing. Super amenities, spacious with 6 people and cozy. Everything is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back again on our next visit to Goslar.

We had a great stay at the apartment, which has a great historic old building flair. The place was very clean, the beds comfortable and check-in and check-out with the hostess was straightforward. For us, it was a good starting point to explore Hessian Switzerland by bike, and Kassel is not far either...

I had the pleasure of staying at the "Family Friendly for Work and Leisure with Cinema" on the Diemelsee, and it was an outstanding experience. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished, which immediately gives a feeling of comfort. Particularly impressive was the in-house cinema, which is a highlight for both children and adults. The location near the Diemelsee offers numerous recreational opportunities, whether hiking, swimming or just enjoying nature. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made sure we didn't miss anything. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect combination of work and leisure in an idyllic setting.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was well suited for us (with a 1.5 year old child). We particularly liked the quiet surroundings and that the nearest playgrounds were still only 10 minutes away by car. Our tip for families with small kids, for whom the Aqua Mundo is nothing yet: the gold bath in Korbach is only 20 minutes away and very nice.
