Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. Modernised and cosy 75 sqm apartment in a well-maintained 18th-century half-timbered house. There is a large, as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box spring bed (180x200 cm), and a travel cot for children can also be set up if needed. There is also a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Relax with the whole family in the garden, with our pets, play equipment, (at your own risk). There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling, outdoor swimming pool (in summer)!
