Newly built 45 sqm, sleeps 6 in 2 floors. In the loft open there is a 180 bed and one sofa bed. Downstairs private bedroom with a 140 bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Balcony with BBQ. Trampoline. Swimming jetty 50 m away, direct connection to the boardwalk with cliff baths along the road as well as sandy beach about 800m away. 15 min to Stockholm city by car or subway. Bus stop 200m. Free parking on street. Mörby Centrum subway 3km. Parking street 150 meters away.

Ample parking for several cars on site. Just 300 meters away is the lake with swimming piers, a beach and a café. In winter, there is a small slalom slope just 10 minutes away by car. Quiet area with 10 minutes to Sollentuna city center and 13 minutes by commuter train to Stockholm City.
