Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Newly built apartment in a prime location

Large and spacious apartment in the middle of Barkarbystaden. Here there is good communication with buses right outside. From the nearest train station you can reach City in just under 15 minutes. The apartment is fully furnished with everything that could be possible so you can move in right away. Cabin/small house for rent

This small house is located close to Stockholm’s City as well as Arlanda Airport. 15-20 minutes in either direction on the commuter train and only 3 minutes walk to the commuter station. You will find a shopping center only 5 minutes’ walk away, or 2 minutes by commuter train to another one. The cabin is placed that you will not be seen or see the neighbors. The cabin is built 2017 and has it all; shower, toilet, washing machine, Wi-Fi, a parking lot etc.
