My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Close to lakes and nature reserve. Quiet area but you are still close to both the city, Arlanda and for example Kista. The ground floor we offer is 100% independent with separate entrance, bathroom, sauna, 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen and a terrace. You can access a laundry room if you need. Efficient energy solutions, make our villa eco-friendly. M-spa hot tub on the terrace is warm, relaxing and available between 15 April and 15 October at an extra cost of 350 SEK per use. Welcome!

Welcome to my little cozy house in Täby, surrounded by beautiful forest and nature. The home offers two bedrooms and a charming loft, creating a comfortable and relaxed space to unwind. Free parking is available on site, and the nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. The lake is also only 5 minutes away, perfect for swimming, nature walks, or quiet moments by the water. A peaceful retreat close to both nature and transport — perfect for a cozy little getaway.

Cozy stuga in a popular neighborhood in Sollentuna. The Väsjön ski slope is on 1km walk and Roslagleden passes the area. Rösjön nature reserve is right next door and and Tornskogen is a 10 min walk. It is a one room stuga with a double bed (160cm) and a sofa bed (140x200). There is wifi and a small television with a chromecast. In the hall there is a double wardrobe. A modern and spacious kitchen with dishwasher, hub, oven, fridge and freezer and microwave.

Eget radhus med 4 sovrum till 8 personer med närhet till centrala Stockholm. 1 större dubbelsäng & 3 mindre dubbelsängar Rymlig & mysig bostad med uteplatser& balkong. parkering i direkt anslutning till huset för 2 st bilar. Pendeltåget tar er in till centralstationen på 20 minuter. flera badsjöar ligger i närheten den närmsta från omslagsbilden ligger 800 meter från bostaden. Bostaden ligger 20 minuter från Arlanda flygplats och har egen parkering.

Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children.
