In November 2022 (or earlier), Magnolia House opens a new apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the middle of "just north of Stockholm City". 40 rooms in a house that resembles a large villa with a shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We mainly have 2 room types: smaller rooms for 1 person and on the top floor there will be loft apartments for 1-4 people. Single rooms mean compact living: still private kitchen/shower. On the lower level there is a shared lounge.

A compact studio space features a single bed with white bedding. A small dining area with a chair is positioned by a work surface. The kitchen area includes dark cabinets, a sink, and modern stainless steel appliances, complemented by a green tile backsplash.

In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

A well-appointed room features a spacious bed alongside a cozy seating area. Large skylights allow natural light to fill the space, while a small table and chairs provide a dining and work area. Decorative elements include wall art and plants, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

At the same time, you have peace and quiet with us, close to nature, and when spring/summer comes, you have access to a patio with a barbecue and dining areas outside in the garden.
