During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The beautiful spa town of Bad Aibling can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Munich and Salzburg in about 1 hour. Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

A special place for two - apartment on Lake Sims

Sit back and relax in this stylish space. In winter, in front of the crackling fireplace or in the freestanding bathtub, in summer lying under the flowering pear tree... - Lavender, wine - all a little wild... In 5 minutes you can walk to the Simssee swimming spot, in 3 minutes into the forest... you have the Alps in mind... Also an ideal place to start a cycling tour. The garden offers space for extensive breakfasts or for barbecuing.

Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Vom Bahnhof Bad Endorf sind es ca 50 Min nach München bzw. Salzburg.

Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

In the annex of our house, with a private entrance, the 16 sqm room is located in the rural-modern style. The bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is separated by a sliding door. From the mini fridge to the wardrobe, this room has everything you would expect from a 3-star hotel. TV and cable TV are provided. Order and cleanliness are our top priority.

Our place is in Rosenheim and is located in the middle of Munich/Salzburg. The Inntal triangle towards Austria and Italy/Brenner is approx. 5 minutes away. Lake Chiemsee and the mountains can be reached in about 20 minutes.
