We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed every expectation and surprised us a lot. A lot of effort is put into this and focuses on special features. We've never before experienced it. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

Great accommodation, everything you could ever need. Very nice family! The place is good for 1-3 people. Highly recommend with a toddler. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and supermarkets. We will be happy to come back! :)

We had a wonderful stay and immediately felt at home. Sabine and Klaus are very warm and helpful hosts. The apartment was very clean and furnished with love for detail. Very pleasant was that things such as oil & food, salt & pepper, coffee and many other things were provided in the apartment. Our children (2 and 3.5 years) were able to move freely on the farm without us having to worry. In particular, pony riding incl. Strolls and hooves to scrape out. The place is a good starting point for excursions. The place is highly recommended and we will be happy to come back.

We stayed as a family of four in the apartment for four nights and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Our host Petra greeted us very nicely and even a small bouquet of flowers was prepared as attention in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. Good connection for day trips such as Lake Tegernsee or Therme Erding. Thank you for the wonderful time…

The place left nothing to be desired. The kitchen was super equipped and nothing was missing. The view is worth every cent - a feel-good oasis for large groups too! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every minute! Communication with the host was also super uncomplicated! Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Hassle-free, nice contact and friendly welcome by the family running the long-established pottery with the beautiful workshop. Beautiful views over the lake and the mountains to the east. In summer, a plus is certainly your own "mole" not a minute away with deckchair and parasol. Frauenchiemsee is fast walking, but if you are there for a few more days, still attractive again and again, as well as Herrenchiemsee next door, where we have been several times away from the "tourist must". Everything you need is pleasantly available. Apartment in the old house (18th century?) logically somewhat clairaudient despite modernization, therefore plausibly more peace and quiet between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. But that doesn't bother anyone on this so quiet birdsong island. Gladly again and thank you !

Werner is a very friendly and helpful host who gave me some great sightseeing suggestions. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It’s a quiet and beautiful place with fresh air, and the entrance to the forest is just a short walk away. I had a great stay here—it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

All of us felt very comfortable and relaxing staying at this spacious house. The mountain view from the house is spectacular. There are many things to do with children in this area. We will definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Johann – especially thanks to Elfriede and Maria, who are simply great hosts! They were super friendly, helpful and always approachable. Whether it was a small question or a request - help was provided immediately and you always had the feeling of being in good hands. We had a nice time at Jules and Alex's. The apartment was very clean, super equipped and very modern - we lacked nothing. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the hiking trails are nearby. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated. Highly recommended accommodation and would love to come back.

We wish we could give more than 5 stars, because this stay exceeded all expectations! The accommodation was immaculately clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you could wish for – from small touches to high-quality details. The location was great for us, quiet and centrally located to all our activities. I would especially like to highlight the hospitality: Elke & Stefan were incredibly warm, helpful and always available, but never intrusive. You really felt welcome and at home. We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday holiday life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the sound of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is well equipped and the induction hob, oven and microwave are modern and in excellent condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and is in the garden with a beautiful view! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which looks slightly elevated over the house. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the stable. The as-new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The whirlpool was our highlight and was already heated and usable upon our arrival :) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!
