Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Vom Bahnhof Bad Endorf sind es ca 50 Min nach München bzw. Salzburg.

We rent a fully furnished and very cozy gallery apartment in a quiet location. In the lower area is the living and dining area as well as access to the bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area with double bed on the upper floor (glazed gallery). The kitchenette contains everything you need to cook. In the garage under the apartment is the washing machine as well as space for bikes, skis... E-bikes can be loaded.
