New and child-friendly cottage in a quiet setting

New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 m from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds, respectively, with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people in the case of families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress, for the very small children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The house's gathering point is the approx. 35 m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a beautiful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Chromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or the like for the house). Here there is a guarantee for relaxation, coziness and good company. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home an obvious gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful vacation together. Outdoors, you will find a large, lovely wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (approx. 120 m2). The terrace is partially covered with garden furniture and patio heaters, inviting you to enjoy good times throughout the holiday. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool you off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip at the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline, a swing and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house, it is only 3 km to Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, a cinema and good restaurants.

Cozy cottage 10 min walk from the beach

Charming house in Tinkerup, 3 km from Gilleleje. There is a large terrace around the whole house with several cozy corners, pergolas, hammock and outdoor shower. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There's only Apple TV. Bedding and towels are free for a full week's rent, but can be rented for shorter stays. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. No smoking/animals allowed. Only rent Saturday to Saturday in weeks 26-32. For electricity consumption over DKK 75 per day, there will be a settlement after the stay.

Vacation and freedom

Relax with the family in our lovely sanctuary. The house consists of a living room with a wood-burning stove and an open kitchen. One bedroom with a 140 cm bed and two rooms with one 120 cm bed each. In the garden there are three terraces and both shade and sun from morning to evening. There is a Netto within 700 meters and the beach is 800 meters away and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The house is in the process of being repaired. It works as it is now, but it has its little flaws here and there.

Velkommen til Bulldog House – et hyggeligt fristed med egen sauna og nordisk charme. Her venter ro, privatliv og en atmosfære til total afslapning. Linnedpakke er inkluderet i lejen (sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker og karklude). Nyd wellness med sauna, koldtvandskar og udendørs bruser, brændeovn samt hyggelige kroge ude og inde. Haven byder på bålsted, solrig terrasse og stor trampolin. Fra april til oktober kan tandemcykler lejes. Hurtigt internet og naturskønne omgivelser fuldender ferien.

Vores klassiske sorte træsommerhus ligger i første række til havet. Og det var netop solnedgangen fra køkkenet og fra terrassen, der fik os til at forelske os fuldstændig. Vi elsker de lange, lyse sommeraftener, hvor man bare er badet i det gyldne lys fra havet. Huset er lyst og moderne indrettet med personlighed og sjæl. Det store køkken alrum er det naturlige, sociale samlingspunkt med panoramaudsigt over havet og direkte udgang til terrassen. Stor, ugeneret naturgrund med kystsikring.

Enjoy views of the Kattegat from the living room, open-plan kitchen and all three bedrooms, while the terrace and private beach access place the sea right on your doorstep. Start your day with coffee on the terrace, take a refreshing swim just steps from the house, rinse off under the outdoor shower, and end the evening with a glass of wine at sunset.

Annekset er smukt placeret i 2. række fra havet, med dejlig afgrænset privat have. Vi har 2 min. til smuk udsigt mod Kullen, havnen og kysten, samt 7 min. gang til strand med bro, og således rig mulighed for en morgen dukkert! Følg Fyrstien mod det gamle Gilleleje, eller i modsat retning mod Nakkehoved Fyr, hvorfra der er en betagende udsigt.

Welcome to this modern 80 sqm summer house in North Zealand, just 550m from the beach. The house has a large open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining space, and fireplace. There are two bedrooms (140 cm and 160 cm beds) and a spacious bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Enjoy the terrace and garden for a relaxing stay. The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.
