Unique chalet house in Kings Norton

A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn in the South Staffordshire countryside. Located in a quiet country lane. The annex has its own private entrance, bathroom with shower, bedroom is on the first floor and offers comfortable sleeping with a king size bed and lovely views across a meadow. There is parking right outside The Greyhound Pub a very friendly country pub with an excellent menu is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants and takeaway food available within a 5 mile radius.

Immaculate Selly Oak Home- Cadbury’s, Uni, QE City

A lovely refurbished home offering a stay for up to 4 Nr University of Birmingham, Cadbury World, close to train / bus links to city centre. The house is cosy for 4 people so probably only suited to 4 for a short stay (although 4 guests have happily stayed longer!). The road is in a quiet residential area so no parties or loud noise please. Shops, restaurants & pubs 5 min walk. Railway line behind the houses opposite but noise from this is minimal & house is double glazed.
