The space was exactly as listed, with all amenities and more. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and these dedicated hosts!

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

The Dairy …… was so peaceful - surrounded by lush gardens ….. well appointed kitchen and bedrooms …… we had a lovely stay …… Thankyou Beth

Beautiful gardens quaint cottage. Annex rustic and serviceable. Different pictures on line. Courtyard looked very different as did the funiture in the front room. The bathroom needs updating bit too rustic for me but thats my opinion. Very comfortable and outside is outstanding.

Brilliant location, homely feel and a host that couldn’t have provided for us. From a complimentary breakfast selection of pasty’s, eggs and cereals to a written booklet of places to eat / drink / party in the evening only in a less then 10 minute taxi drive away. Beautiful surrounding scenery with friendly local pubs… Can’t recommend enough.

Matt and Vince have a beautiful home and garden! The back apartment was perfect for us visiting our son at Oxford. It was an easy Uber over there. Please note you’ll walk through their house to enter the back garden. They are lovely people and Matt’s parents were even visiting so we felt like a part of the family. It was spacious and cute and had great AC which we needed on an unusually hot weekend in England. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet stay with plenty of room to relax.

Awesome stay in Steven’s self contained beautifully decorated flat. Everything you need within easy walking distance to cool Crouch End with its amazing range of bars and restaurants and Alexandra Palace and Park within a few minutes walk. Steven very accommodating and friendly. Easy parking and peaceful location in property with everything you could need. Many thanks for a great stay. Would love to return!

Light and spacious facing a quiet garden in a beautiful neighbourhood near Hampstead Heath. Local buses and walk to lovely Highgate village cafes and parks. Comfortable for working as well as relaxing in the garden. Very clean and modern.

This was delightful, perfectly situated near the river and near town too, Paddy was so helpful during our stay. The garden was so pretty and peaceful and we managed to make some lovely food there also, Elizabeth had thought of everything, we will be glad to come back ❤️

The Annexe is an absolute gem. The main house next door to the Annexe is absolutely stunning and so are the gardens around it. Jo and her family are so friendly (and we adored meeting their friendly and well behaved dogs). The Annexe itself was extremely comfortable, stylised designed, and had everything you’d need (with some very generous treats). You honestly couldn’t ask for more. This is AirBnb at its best. Great communication, Andrew responded immediately and was very friendly and accommodating. Directions were very clear and we found The Duck House easily in day light. Andrew met us on arrival offering assistant at anytime throughout our stay. Walking into the accommodation we knew we had chosen well, what a great little find. Everything was very clean and organised and finished to a very high standard and with all that we needed and more. The welcome pack was a very nice touch and meant I didn't need to pack anything from home (apart from conditioner) There is a main chain Superstore 8 minute drive away which houses a coffee shop and pharmacy and it was a 25minute drive to Redbridge Park and Ride to visit wonderful Oxford. We would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much Andrew & Hilary.

We had a fabulous time here . Such good value for money , a proper private space - with a TV and lots of nice supplies which were unexpected , such as fresh orange juice, lovely coffee bags and a variety of snacks and fruit ! We were very impressed . We were also able to leave our luggage on check out day so that we could go on a hike . Christina and Viv were super friendly :)

This place is fabulous. We stayed during the 32 degrees heatwave. Sue had thoughtfully been in and put cool bedding on the beds, filled the fridge with bottles of ice cold sparkling water as well as milk, butter and eggs. This place is a high quality air bnb in beautiful countryside but with great access. We will definitely be back!!!

The place looked great in the photos and was even nicer when we got there. The Pavilion is set in Chris’ amazing garden and is very private and tranquil. On arrival there was fresh bread and pastries, butter, jam and a selection of milks. Everything was perfect and we will absolutely stay again next time that we fly from Gatwick.
