Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Here is an enchanting peace-you only hear the bird choir (and a neighbor in between). It is 300 meters to a nice little beach by the Isefjord. The water is low far out and very child friendly. A small forest is also within walking distance. Peaceful dogs are welcome. The plot is fenced with 60 cm fence facing the bush and 80 cm where it is more open.
