A two-story house built in the late 19th century, located in the traditional settlement of Skyros Island, near “Agora” (the center of the island), surrounded by restaurants, coffee-shops, bakeries, pharmacies, shops, etc. It is one of the few houses of the traditional settlement, which has a large garden (400m2) with a large variety of trees (lemon tree, vine, jasmine, etc.) and it is also within walking distance from the town’s main parking area.

Our beautiful property is right next to the beach with a stunning ocean view. The entire house apartment for rent ,has a living area of 110m² big with an additional 65m² of terraces. There are two master bedrooms, one gallery bedroom with double beds and a small room with a single bed. Additionally there are two single sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there are two bathrooms.
