This new private apartment is located on a high hill, 300 metres from the picturesque port of Linaria and is the first floor of a two-story summer house. It has a big yard and a balcony, which has uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea, and there is a quiet secluded beach below which makes this a unique spot.The accommodation is light and airy, tasteful and modern.The kitchen is fully equipped, and fitted with a large fridge and oven. The bedroom has a double bed with wooden, fitted cupboards.

My house is only 250m away from Aspous sandy beach. It is a typical traditional Skyrian house surrounded by a big courtyard full of trees and flowers. My aim was to create a convenient and charming place which combines the Skyrian style along with modern elements for relaxing vacations and contact with nature and the sea. The walls are covered with lovely paintings. This is ideal for a couple or a couple with children with the area being very safe and plenty of shade around the property.

In addition, within a few minutes' walk, visitors can enjoy the wonderful view of the Aegean, in Brook Square, visit the cultural sites (archaeological museum, castle), as well as the monastery of Agios Georgios, the patron saint of the island.

The view form the front, shaded porch, is unique at all times of the day, while the house has two bedrooms with comfortable bedrooms, a living room with a sofa-bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that guarantees your comfort during the ypur stay there. A wonderful villa located in a quiet place. It has an independent large sized room of 24 square meters. The room is decorated based on the traditional culture of Skyros, including all the necessary room facilities such as a fridge, coffee pot, etc. Moreover, the place provides privacy and a unique beautiful yard, surrouded by aesthetic foliage plants and lawn.

Mistral Beach House

The beach house is located right on the seaside of Molos, Skyros island, placed on a very quiet square with restaurants, beach bars and mini market just 2 minutes away. It is a studio, part of a bigger beach house but has its own privacy (entranceway, veranda), up to 4 people can be accommodated. The scenery is spectacular and relaxing.
