Charming 19th century cottage in Tröingeberg Welcome to our newly renovated cottage where historic charm meets modern comfort. Sit on the cozy porch and enjoy the rural idyll with arable land and a stately maple on the property. Electric vehicle charging box is available, free to use. Close to several beaches, including Skrea beach, Vallarna and 4 golf courses within 10 km. Only 30 minutes to Gekås Ullared and 2 km to Falkenberg city center. Perfect for families with children, with 2 swings and lots of toys indoors & outdoors.

Lillstugan

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

The sea, with several lovely sandy beaches, is just over two kilometers away. Famous beach Skrea strand is 10 minutes drive away. Here you live next door to nature but close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and children-friendly beaches.

Our place is close to a nice view of the sea. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the atmosphere. Toppstugan is about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we have fenced in the large terrace so that dogs can avoid being on a leash.
