Large villa at the end of a closed road. The villa has a teenage section with four rooms, a common room and a large toilet with a hot tub. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom, toilet/bathroom, as well as a large open space with kitchen and living room with a fantastic view. On the 1st floor there are also two large terraces. There is an enclosed garden with a trampoline and a small cozy terrace with a wilderness bath. The house is not suitable for small children due to the stairs. Pets allowed. 5 km to the beach. 15 km to Aarhus. 28 km to Djurs Sommerland

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Det ideelle hus til den lille børnefamilie på 3-4 personer. Helt seperat børneværelse med køjeseng og tilknyttet badeværelse med både toilet og bad. Køkkenet er funktionelt og med plads til at sidde mens folk laver mad. Stuen er rummelig med masser af gulvplads til at lege og i sofaen er der plads til hele familien. På TV'et er der forskellige App's. I haven er der en god græsplæne med fodboldmål, samt plads til at sidde og nyde solen. Der er sol på matriklen fra kl 9 morgen til 9 aften.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Løgten is located in a beautiful natural area close to the beach, fields and forest. There is free parking in the driveway and a private entrance with a key box for your own apartment and terrace in the garden. 4-5 minutes walk to the bus and 10 minutes to the light rail to Aarhus, where you can take route L1 and be in the center of Aarhus in 15 minutes. - The Djursland highway is only a 3-minute drive away. - 2-5 minutes walk to Q8 or Netto and SuperBrugsen. Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. There is a private entrance to the wooden terrace, where the summer sun can be enjoyed in the relaxing surroundings. TV with chromecast.

Storbyen Aarhus, Letbanen, busforbindelser, 1 km til motorvej, 4-5 km til stranden, landsby idyl. det er en lille landsby med 5 gårde Rolige naturskønne områder (kommunal skov 1 km. ) Stor fællesområde med græs. Lidt væk fra det hele. Men rare og venlige omgivelser. Skrev en der lejede det ja det er rigtigt, der er 1,5 km til byer med forretninger, byerne er Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, Skæring.

In beautiful Skæring 15 km north of Aarhus is our cozy old architect designed cottage. Here you get nostalgia and comfort in a class by itself . The house has two bedroom , bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
