This beautiful, thatched house is completely undisturbed in the shelter behind the dune right out to the North Sea and has a wonderful view of the valley and its rich wildlife. Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

From the apartment, you are only about 5-6 km to Herning Centrum and Kongrescenter, the same distance to MCH Messecenter Herning, FCM Arena and Jyske Bank Boxen. There are no cooking facilities at this property only a fridge, coffee, plates,bowls,cutlery (there is a gas barbeque but its outside and you get wet if it rains). We live in the main house

Experience nature close to Rørbæk lake, at the Jutland ridge, (30 min. walk from the cabin), springs Denmark's two largest rivers, Gudenåen and Skjernåen, with only a few hundred meters distance and runs in different directions towards the sea(10 min. walk from the cabin) In the same place, Hærvejen crosses the river valley. Wake up every day with different birdsong. From Billund airport by bus it is about 2 hours to the cabin We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do!

Holiday apartment at Skjern Enge

A lovely place, for peace and quiet, overlooking Skjern Enge. Also centrally located for experiences in West Jutland. There are 2 really good box mattresses, which ensure a good night's sleep. There are bed linens, towels, dishcloth and kitchen towel. Good little kitchenette, with 2 hotplates and oven, as well as refrigerator with small freezer. There is a private entrance and bathroom with shower.

Bright property with room for many.

Really nice holiday home located in a quiet setting. Great for children, as there is a large playroom of 140 m2. The property is away from the road, and there are usually also some animals that would like to be talked to, if interested. In 2007, 240 m2 was renovated, and it is this section that we will let you stay in. The whole place is heated with underfloor heating.

Newly built annex

Newly built annex from 2024 in a quiet setting. Located 10 km from Herning and 12 min drive from Messe Center Herning. It is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm), a table, two chairs, a bathroom with bath and toilet, and a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. Service is available. The annex is heated and has hot water.

A new and modern apartment in the countryside in beautiful nature, there is a nice view from the terrace to large fields. We live about 25 minutes from the North Sea and Blåbjergplantage, by car. We are 4 km from the nearest shopping area. Important info: No smoking in the apartment.
