Bed linen and towels are provided by the guest. The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the cottage before departure.

Approximately 6 km to the beach and a short walk to a smaller lake with swimming area and fishing opportunities. The house is located in a small village in the countryside, about 15 minutes' drive from central Skellefteå. A car is recommended as there are limited bus connections.
