Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Warmly welcome to unwind and enjoy beautiful nature and a peaceful location in scenic Skäret. Here you live next to untouched nature, nice hiking trails, saltwater swimming, golf courses and cozy fishing spots. A short distance away, you will find nice restaurants, swimming and shopping. Here on the beautiful Kulla Peninsula, there is a lot to discover, both for adults and children. We rent out part of our house in two separate apartments where you get your own entrance to an apartment of 50 m2. The whole apartment is newly renovated for the 2024 season.

Villa Magnolia is located on the Norra Kustvägen, which is a popular scenic route for cyclists, motorcyclists and vintage cars, very well-visited. Good crab fishing for children and adults at the jetty. Bikes for rent.

Seaview Garden was built in 2024 and is an exclusive guest house with oceans view, kitchen, bathroom, living room and comfortable sleeping for 4 persons in living room and loft. The house is fully furnished, functional and a great choice for a family holiday or a much-needed retreat and break from day-to-day life with relaxation in beautiful surroundings. Wake up to the sound of birds in this contemporary designed well built house, just a short stroll away from the beach and nature reserve. Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. Just let us know when you make your reservation!

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.
