Lovely place in Sørlandet's best archipelago in Paulen on Flekkerøy (about 15 minutes from Kristiansand city center). Very good standard with bathroom/shower, TV, kitchen w/dishwasher, washing machine and everything you could want in a cabin. Sun from morning to evening. Private parking space. A motorised recreational boat can be rented. Flekkerøy has lovely rocks, sandy beaches and great fishing opportunities. Here you will also find a shop, hiking trails, roller ski run and artificial grass courts. You can enjoy the sunrise, go on a boat trip, or swim right from the jetty.

Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Vi leier ut vår hjemmekoselige, lille sjøbod Eiendommen har egen brygge med muligheter for å bade via en badetrapp. Gangavstand til badeplasser, flere flotte strender, svaberg, fine turområder og kulturminner (200m - 1km). Nærhet til butikk (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum med bl.a restaurant og badeland (15 min med bil) og Sørlandsparken (25min med bil) Hytta er ca 50 kvm, fordelt på hovedetasje og loft. Like koselig på sommer, som vinter, da det er varmekabler i gulv, og vedfyring.

Fin terrasse og uteområde. El-bil lading er inkludert. Flekkerøy, er 15 km fra Kristiansand sentrum, bomfri tunell.

A small nest of about 16 sqm + loft (not approved for overnight stays) in beautiful surroundings in Skibbusundet on Flekkerøy island. Sjøbua is located in the sea crust with its own private jetty. Private entrance to the toilet from the jetty. The dock has plenty of sun and sand at the bottom, which makes it very suitable for swimming from the dock. It takes about 25 mins. to drive to Dyreparken, 20 mins to Kristiansand city center and 3 mins drive to grocery store. There are also public transport nearby.
