Family-friendly 80s detached house in good condition centrally located in Vennesla. There is a short distance to playground, shops, train station and bus. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Zoo by car. Bus to Kristiansand leaves from Vennesla station (about 5 min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the salmon-bearing part of the river Otra.

Pleasant and affordable house for rent.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. It has a lovely garden and a patio where you can enjoy the sun from 10:00 am to 10:30 pm throughout the summer. There is space for two cars on the property. You have 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds. It takes 17 minutes to drive to Dyreparken, 5 minutes to the city centre. We are so lucky to have great hiking trails and lovely swimming areas in the immediate vicinity. People who have visited say the house is nice. You are welcome to book.

Also ideal for those who need to immerse themselves in work undisturbed. We rent out the guest house on our yard, a lovely little house on the edge of the forest. Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and Svaberg. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Zoo. There is no TV or internet in the house.

Huset ligger helt i enden av bilvei, så det er ikke trafikk på området. 70 meter til strand og brygge med båt som er inkludert i leien. Ny båt Pioner 14 med 9.9 Yamaha med el. start og kartplotter. Langgrunn strand som passer fint for de små. Stor gressplen med trampoline ved stranden. Sup-brett og kajakker kan man låne. Med båt er man i Norges fineste skjærgård med mange små holmer og øyer.
