Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and Svaberg. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Zoo. There is no TV or internet in the house.

The water has biteable trout and fish dish is of course included in the price. There are several nice swimming areas that can be used.
